Introducing the MPS-10 Sharpener with Exclusive "Dial In" Degree Settings
The MPS-10 Can sharpen all types of knifes including:
- *Circular Knives (To 300mm Standard) Flat Knives*
*Filleting Knives*
*Baader Scraping Blade 184, 185, 189*
*Sarrated Knives*
*Boning Knives*
*Chef's Knives*
- Scissors
- Quick change stones.
- Standard Grits with the Unit. Coarse for refacing of existing bevel, and Fine for finishing of cutting edge.
- Only One Side of knife edge touched at a time.
- Stones are motorized, not the knives [ for safety as well as temper control].
- Water / Oil Tray eliminates dust hazard and heat distortion often caused by dry grinding.
- Exact Angle required is simply 'DIALED' IN and maintained every time.
- Present sharpening systems were found to be as much as 7 degrees off from required settings. This was easily determined by checking knives as compared to the 'Dial'
- Allows operator to experiment with exact angle settings until the best operating angles are found for each species. This can vary from season to season for circular and flat knives
